白念珠菌致心内膜炎合并肺栓塞1例
A case report of endocarditis combined with pulmonary embolism caused by Candida albicans

Abstract
A 52-year-old female patient was reported with a chief complaint of'fever,cough and sputum production for more than 10 days.'Blood cultures(twice)showed positive results for Candida albicans.CT pulmonary angiography re-vealed partial branch embolism in the right upper lobe and left lower lobe arteries;the right pulmonary artery and middle and lower lobe arteries showed low-density filling defects,suggesting embolism.The patient was diagnosed with endocarditis caused by Candida albicans complicated with pulmonary embolism.After oral administration of fluconazole for antifungal treatment and warfarin for anticoagulation therapy,follow-up outpatient examinations showed a reduction in vegetation size and improvement in clinical symptoms.Given the rarity of this condition and the lack of clear guidelines regarding the timing and protocol for anticoagulant therapy,this case is presented to provide reference for clinical practice.关键词
