Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of endoscopic surgery for the treatment of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 176 patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis who underwent single-route endoscopic surgery at Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2024.Result During a follow-up period of 6 months to 5 years,167 patients were cured,5 had improvement,and 4 experi-enced recurrence,all of whom were cured after reoperation.Conclusion Single-route endoscopic surgery is the primary method for treating non-invasive fungal sinusitis.The surgical field is clear,and the complete removal of lesions is essential.Postoperative follow-up and medication changes are crucial for improving efficacy and should be given high importance.关键词
