42例向心性增大的角栓模式的皮肤病变临床与病理分析
Clinical and Pathological Analysis of 42 Cases of Skin Lesions with Centrally Enlarging Keratin Plug Pattern

Abstract
Objective In order to explore the diagnostic significance of the centripetal enlargement of the comedo pattern under a dermatoscope,known as the"strawberry sign",in specific skin diseases.Methods A total of 42 patients who visited the outpatient clinic from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected to analyze the characteristics of dermatoscopy,histopathological examination,and clinical history.Results Among the 42 patients with skin lesions,actinic keratosis was found in 28 cases,discoid lupus erythematosus in 11 cases,follicular lichen planus in 2 cases,and chronic dermatitis in 1 case.Conclusion The centripetal enlargement of the comedo pattern,"strawberry sign",has a high diagnostic value in dermatoscopy diagnosis and can more specifically narrow down the diagnosis to several lesions with special pathological changes pattern,making it suitable for the promotion of diagnostic technique to improve the accuracy of outpatient diagnosis.关键词
