多模态MRI影像组学对脑胶质瘤术后复发与治疗后反应的鉴别诊断
Differential diagnosis for recurrence and treatment response of glioma based on multimodal MRI radiomics

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the differential diagnostic value for recurrence and treatment response of glioma based on multimodal MRI radiomics models.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed for 110 patients with glioma,all of whom were examined by 3.0 T MRI scans,including T1 FLAIR,T2WI,T2 FLAIR,DWI,T1WI-CE and DCE-MRI.110 cases had abnormal enhancement on post-treatment MRI images.According to the pathological diagnosis and/or multiple clinical and imaging follow-up examinations,110 cases were divided into the recurrence group(77 cases)and post-treatment response group(33 cases).And 110 cases were divided into the training cohort and validation corhort at a ratio of 7∶3.The images were imported into the 3D Slicer open-source software,and the lesions were manually delineated and the VOIs were reconstructed,from which the radiomics features were extracted.The t-test,MUSE selector and LASSO algorithm were used to screen features.The Random Forest(RF)was used to construct the diagnostic model,and the ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the model.Results:The T2WI,ADC,T1WI-CE,Ktrans,Ve,iAUC,DCE-MRI+T1WI-CE models had 7,5,3,7,5,10,5 features,and achieved the AUCs in the validation cohort of 0.716,0.759,0.836,0.741,0.836,0.897,0.922.Conclusions:The multimodel MRI radiomics models have good diagnostic efficacy in differentiating glioma recurrence and post-treatment response.Compared with the single sequence model,the combined model has higher accuracy,specificity and sensitivity.关键词
