过敏煎合宣白承气汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期中重度患者的临床研究
Clinical Study of Guomin Decoction Combined with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Guomin Decoction combined with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction on TCM syndrome differentiation,dyspnea classification,fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)levels,recurrence severity at 14 and 28 days after treatment discontinuation,and length of hospital stay in patients with moderate to severe acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 57 patients with moderate to severe acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into an observation group(n=29)and a control group(n=28)using a random number table.The control group received standard western medical treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with Guomin Decoction combined with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction based on the con-trol group's regimen.The treatment course was 7 days.The efficacy rate,TCM syndrome scores,dyspnea classifica-tion,FeNO levels,length of hospitalization,and recurrence severity at 14 and 28 days after treatment were com-pared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.55％,which was significantly higher than 82.14％in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better improvement in TCM syndrome scores,lower FeNO levels,reduced peripheral blood eosinophil count,and improved dyspnea classification(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Guomin Decoction combined with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating moderate to severe patients during the acute exacerbation phase of bronchial asthma.关键词
