参附注射液治疗阳气亏虚型脓毒症临床疗效的真实世界研究
Efficacy Evaluation of Shenfu Injection in the Treatment of Sepsis with Syndrome of Yangqi Deficiency Based on a Real World Study

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection in treating sepsis with syndrome of Yangqi deficiency using propensity score matching(PSM).Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 120 patients diagnosed with sepsis and the TCM syndrome pattern of Yangqi deficiency.These patients were di-vided into an exposed group(received Shenfu Injection on the basis of conventional treatment)and a non-exposed group(received conventional treatment only).After PSM matching,34 pairs of comparable cases were obtained.Outcomes including ICU length of stay,28-day mortality,ICU treatment costs,APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score,white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),lactate(Lac),TCM syndrome scores,and efficacy rates were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After matching,the ICU length of stay was significantly shorter(P＜0.05)and ICU treatment cost was significantly lower in the exposed group than in the non-exposed group(P＜0.05),while no statistically significant difference was found in 28-day mortality(P＞0.05).Both groups showed significant improvements in APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score,WBC,CRP,Lac,and TCM syndrome scores after treatment(P＜0.05),with more significant improvements observed in the ex-posed group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores in the exposed group was 91.18％(31/34),which was higher than 70.59％(24/34)in the non-exposed group.Similarly,the marked effective rate was higher in the exposed group(38.24％,13/34)than in the non-exposed group(14.71％,5/34),and both differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shenfu Injection demonstrates good therapeutic effects in treating sepsis with Yangqi deficiency syndrome,effectively alleviating clinical symptoms and reducing medical costs.关键词
