肠胃康颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散对消化不良性腹泻患儿免疫功能的影响
Influence of Changweikang Granules Combined with Clostridium Butyricum Viable Powder on Immune Function in Children with Indigestion Diarrhea

Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of Changweikang granules combined with clostridium butyricum viable powder on immune function in children with indigestion diarrhea(ID).Methods:Eighty ID children admitted to a hospital between June 2022 and June 2024 were selected as study subjects,and were classified into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by adopting a simple random number table method.The control group received clostridium butyricum viable powder,while the observation group received Changweikang granules additionally,with both groups treated for 1 week.Immune function,T cell subsets,gastric motility indices,clinical efficacy,and adverse drug reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgA,and IgM levels increased in both groups,with significantly higher values in the observation group(P＜0.05).CD3+and CD4+levels also increased,with higher levels in the observation group(P＜0.05).The observation group showed shorter gastric half-emptying time,higher antral contraction frequency and amplitude(P＜0.05),and a higher total effective rate(95.00％vs.77.50％,P＜0.05).No statistical difference in adverse drug reactions incidence was observed between groups(x2=0.346,P=1.000).Conclusion:Changweikang granules combined with clostridium butyricum viable powder demonstrates favorable efficacy in ID children,effectively improving immune and gastrointestinal functions without increasing ADR risk.关键词
