手工泛丸技术传承评价量表编制研究
Study on the Preparation of Evaluation Scale of Manual Pill Operation Inheritance

Abstract
Objective To construct an evaluation scale for manual pill operation.Methods Literature research and Delphi method were used to determine the inheritance evaluation scale of manual pill operation.The scale was composed of 39 items from five dimen-sions:teacher's teaching ability,apprentice's inheritance willingness,relationship between teachers and apprentices,manual pilling operation and department organization management.The reliability and validity of the scale were investigated by questionnaire survey.Results The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.908,and the test-retest reliability r value was 0.858.The exploratory factor analysis was used to analyze the five first-level indicators in the scale.Except for the teacher-apprentice relationship KMO=0.500,the KMO value of the scale was greater than 0.800.The validity of the scale was tested again by LISREL 8.70,and the load factors of each item were more than 0.60.Conclusion The manual pill operation inheritance evaluation scale constructed in this study has good reliability and validity,which effectively makes up for the deficiency of Chinese medicine characteristic technology inheritance re-search and provides ideas for the research of traditional Chinese medicine teacher education.关键词
