PBL教学法联合Mini-CEX在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训的应用与思考
Application and Reflection of Problem-Based Learning Method Combined with Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise in Standardized Resident Training of Department of Endocrinology

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in standardized resident training of department of endocrinology.Methods A total of 93 students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in department of endocrinology of Dongzhimen Hospital from May 2020 to September 2020 were selected and divided into the traditional group and the P-M group according to the random number table method.The traditional group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the P-M group adopted the PBL teaching method combined with Mini-CEX.The evaluation scale was used before and after teaching.Results The effect of P-M group was better than that of traditional group,comparing the medical interview/medical history acquisition,physical examination,diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The difference was significantly statistical(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of the teaching method with Mini-CEX addresses the limitations of traditional clinical teaching and assessment,enhances students'learning initiative,and improves their clinical reasoning skills as well as their comprehensive ability in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.关键词
