中医院校开设转录组学技术课程的必要性分析
Analysis of the Necessity of Offering the Course of Transcriptomics Technology in University of Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Transcriptomics refers to the analysis of gene expression at the RNA level,and it is a discipline that studies the gene transcription situation and the laws of transcriptional regulation within cells as a whole.The connotation of the course transcriptomics technology and scientific research practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is to be guided by the basic theories of transcriptomics,and by means of high-throughput detection technology and analysis technology,it introduces how to discover new pathogenic genes in the scientific research practice of integrative medicine,reveal the new mechanisms of genes in the occurrence and development of diseases,as well as analyze the new targets and mechanisms of the treatment methods of integrative medicine.Its core teaching content is how to apply the theories and methods of transcriptomics to guide the implementation of scientific research practice of integrative medicine,so as to improve the innovation of scientific research design.关键词
