The Application of Miller's Pyramid Theory in the Standardized Training of Residents in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
The standardized training of resident doctors in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been strengthened in recent years.In order to improve the competency of resident doctors in clinical posts,medical simulation teaching has attracted attention.Internal medicine of TCM teaching skills training can hardly meet the needs of clinical competency training of residents.In order to further cultivate the post competency of residents in internal medicine of TCM,the simulation platform of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital developed a standardized operation training course based on Miller's pyramid theory,this course combines the standardized training theory and skill knowledge of residents in internal medicine of TCM with scenario simulation to evaluate the actual clinical performance of residents.Compared to traditional training,resident physicians are able to experience and experience real clinical work scenarios with joy,forming a complete concept of clinical workflow and work content.The application of this method in the standardized training of residents in internal medicine of TCM can help residents establish good theoretical,operational and humanistic qualities,and cultivate systematic clinical thinking and working habits,so as to achieve the goal of promoting the cultivation of clinical competence of residents.关键词
