硫酸钴和硫酸镍的有限平衡溶解度研究
Study on the Limited Equilibrium Solubility of Cobalt Sulfate and Nickel Sulfate

Abstract
Based on the thermal analysis curves of cobalt sulfate and nickel sulfate hydrates,the constant temperature weighing method is used to conduct dissolution equilibrium tests of cobalt sulfate and nickel sulfate in an aqueous solution at 10~100℃,and the solubility of cobalt sulfate and nickel sulfate at solid-liquid equilibrium is measured at different temperatures during cooling crystallization and heating dissolution,and compared and analyzed with literature data.The results indicate that nickel sulfate and cobalt sulfate are pre-saturated at high temperatures,and then gradually cooled and crystallized.After testing,the relative deviation between the solubility during the cooling crystallization process and the literature values is relatively small.At high temperatures,there is still a lack of solubility data for cobalt sulfate and nickel sulfate,and the reason is that the temperature is difficult to control,and the solution has a certain evaporation rate,which may result in some deviation in the data.关键词
