Abstract
Aluminum ash is a solid waste generated during the aluminum production process,and most of the aluminum ash in China is directly stored or buried,therefore,it is urgent to effectively utilize and harmlessly treat aluminum ash.The main component of secondary aluminum ash is aluminum nitride,and the removal of aluminum nitride becomes particularly important.The experiment mainly uses deionized water to hydrolyze and denitrify secondary aluminum ash,and studies the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio and other factors on the decomposition efficiency of aluminum nitride.Research has shown that when the reaction temperature is 80℃,the reaction time is 4 h,and the liquid-solid ratio is 6~8,the secondary aluminum ash can achieve good denitrification effect.The loss rate of aluminum has significantly decreased,and the recycling rate of aluminum has significantly improved,providing technical support for the treatment of secondary aluminum ash in the same industry and further improving economic benefits.关键词
