Abstract

In order to actively promote the reuse of wastewater resources,power plants are gradually adopting urban reclaimed water as a supplementary water source for the circulating water system.After reducing the amount of wastewater discharged from circulating water,it is reused,however,its water quality is poor,with high hardness,alkalinity,and recalcitrant organic compounds content,without pretreatment,it can lead to scaling and severe fouling in the membrane treatment system,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the system.At present,conventional biological treatment processes have poor removal efficiency for recalcitrant organic compounds in reclaimed water.The Fenton advanced oxidation method is used to effectively remove recalcitrant organic compounds from the wastewater of recycled water sources,with a focus on studying the optimal process conditions for the main influencing factors.The test results show that the pH value of wastewater before reaction is about 4,the dosage of H2O2 is 2 mL/L,the dosage of FeSO4·7H2O is 0.90 g/L,the total reaction time is controlled at 1.5 h,and the reaction temperature is controlled at 35℃,when the pH value of wastewater is adjusted to 5 after reaction,the concentration of Total Organic Carbon(TOC)in the supernatant after treatment is 12.38 mg/L,and the removal rate is as high as 67.08%,which can meet the requirements of influent water quality of membrane system.After calculation,the cost of the pre-treatment process per ton of water chemicals is approximately 0.94 yuan/t,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
