碱激发粉煤灰-炉渣协同水泥固化水库清淤底泥试验研究
Experimental Study on Reservoir Dredged Sludge Solidified with Alkali Stimulated Fly Ash-Slag and Cement

Abstract
Fly ash,slag and sodium hydroxide were utilized to cure reservoir desilting subsoil with a small amount of cement in synergy,and the effects of the dosage and proportion of fly ash,slag and sodium hydroxide on the mechanical properties and leaching toxicity of reservoir desilting subsoil were investigated,as well as the microscopic curing mechanism.The results showed that the optimal dosages of fly ash,slag and calcium hydroxide were 7.5%,12.5%and 0.75%,respectively,and the 28 d unconfined compressive strength of the cured soil under this ratio was 2.856 MPa,and the curing rate of the six pollutant elements,including Pb and As,was more than 90%.The micro-morphological analysis showed that the curing agent had a hydration reaction in the specimen,which produced calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H),calcium aluminate hydrate(C-A-H),and calcium alumina(AFt),which filled the pores of the soil body and enhanced the inter-particle connection,and effectively improved the strength of the soil body.At the same time,these hydration products cured heavy metal ions through the pathways of adsorption,complexation,and substitution.关键词
