扩展高频与不同噪声暴露参数的相关性研究
Correlation between Extended High Frequencies Hearing and Noise Exposure Parameters

Abstract
Objective This study aims to report impact of noise exposure characteristics on extended high-frequency hearing,to provide a basis for estimating the potential risk of hidden hearing loss.Methods A total of 202 noise-exposed workers and healthy young individuals(controls)aged 19-42 years were included.Hierarchical grouping was adopted to divide the noise-exposed subjects group into subgroups based on noise kurtosis(steady-state noise[β≤10]and non-steady-state noise[β>10])and kurtosis-adjusted cumulative noise exposure(low-cumulative[ACNE≤90 dB(A)·year],medium-cumulative[90<ACNE<100 dB(A)·year],and high-cumulative[ACNE≥100 dB(A)·year].The extended high-frequency hearing was compared among the groups.Results(1)Extended high-frequency thresholds were obtained in nearly all subjects,with thresholds in the noise-exposed subjects significantly elevated compared to the controls(P<0.05).(2)Thresholds showed no significant differences between the steady-state noise and non-steady-state noise groups(P>0.05).(3)At 10,11.2,14 and 16 kHz,thresholds in the control group differed significantly from subjects with low,medium and cumulative exposure(P<0.05),with no statistically significant differences among the three cumulative exposure groups(P>0.05),except for 11.2 kHz.Conclusion Different noises exposure characteristics can have different impacts on extended high-frequency hearing.关键词
