绿色建筑技术在某中央厨房暖通空调设计中的应用OA
Application of Green Building Technology in HVAC Design of a Central Kitchen Project
在"双碳"背景下为加快食品产业绿色低碳转型,本文以某中央厨房工程暖通空调系统设计为例,介绍了高效制冷机房、免费天然冷源利用、排风能量回收技术、智能变频排油烟系统、地道通风技术、高效蒸汽和导热油锅炉系统、蒸汽冷凝水回收系统等绿色低碳技术的工程应用,以及室外环境与污染物控制、室内环境与职业健康方面的技术措施.通过探索研究适用于中央厨房的绿色低碳技术,达到绿色节能、低碳环保、降本增效的目的,实现"绿色央厨"的可持续发展.
In order to speed up the green and low-carbon transformation of food industry under the background of"Double-carbon",this paper takes the HVAC system design of a central kitchen project as an example,this paper introduces the engineering application of green and low-carbon technologies such as high performance chilled-water plant,free natural cold source utilization,exhaust air energy recovery technology,Intelligent variable frequency oil fume exhaust system,tunnel ventilation technology,high-efficiency steam and heat-conducting oil boiler system,steam condensate recovery system,etc.,as well as outdoor environment and pollutant control,indoor environment and occupational health technical measures.Through exploring and researching the green and low-carbon technology suitable for central kitchen,we can achieve the goal of green energy saving,low-carbon environmental protection,cost reduction and efficiency increase,and realize the sustainable development of"Green Central Kitchen".
