Abstract
In order to speed up the green and low-carbon transformation of food industry under the background of"Double-carbon",this paper takes the HVAC system design of a central kitchen project as an example,this paper introduces the engineering application of green and low-carbon technologies such as high performance chilled-water plant,free natural cold source utilization,exhaust air energy recovery technology,Intelligent variable frequency oil fume exhaust system,tunnel ventilation technology,high-efficiency steam and heat-conducting oil boiler system,steam condensate recovery system,etc.,as well as outdoor environment and pollutant control,indoor environment and occupational health technical measures.Through exploring and researching the green and low-carbon technology suitable for central kitchen,we can achieve the goal of green energy saving,low-carbon environmental protection,cost reduction and efficiency increase,and realize the sustainable development of"Green Central Kitchen".关键词
