新型带冷却棒式车载冰箱的传热特性模拟研究OA
Numerical Simulation on Heat Transfer Characteristics of a Novel Vehicle Refrigerator with Cooling Rod
车载冰箱的冷却速率和温度均匀性是评价车载冰箱传热特性的重要指标,本文提出一种新型带冷却棒式车载冰箱,应用ANSYS-Fluent模拟四种不同径高比的圆柱冷却棒对箱体内流体冷却速率和温度均匀性的影响,并对箱体内优选气流组织布置的空气流动特性进行对比与分析.结果表明直径为26 mm、高度为240 mm结构的冷却棒换热量最大,约350 s可使箱体内温度从298.15 K降到277.15 K,冷却速率为0.04 K/s,相比其它三种径高比冷却棒结构,该箱体冷却速率平均快约150s,且得到的箱体内温度均匀性和空气流动均匀性更好.
The cooling rate and temperature uniformity of the vehicle refrigerator are important indicators for evaluating the cooling effect of the vehicle refrigerator.In this paper,a new type of vehicle refrigerator with cooling rods is proposed.Using ANSYS-Fluent to simulate the effects of four different diameter and height ratios of column cooling rods on the cooling rate and temperature uniformity of the fluid in the box.The air flow characteristics of the optimal air flow arrangement in the box were compared and analyzed.The results show that the cooling rod with a diameter of 26 mm and a height of 240 mm has the greatest heat transfer,and the temperature inside the box can be reduced from 298.15 K to 277.15 K with a cooling rate of 0.04 K/s by about 350 s.Compared with the other three kinds of cooling rod structures,the cooling rate of the box is about 150 s faster on average.And the temperature uniformity and air flow uniformity in the box are better.
