Abstract
This paper takes Baotian Village,Yongxiu County,Jiangxi Province,a key village for rural revitalization determined by the province during the"14th Five-Year Plan"as the research object.Based on the unique perspective of village-based assistance,and using the scientific methods of participatory observation and in-depth interviews,it systematically and deeply analyzes the multi-dimensional practical paths of the village-based team in organizational restructuring,industrial activation,governance innovation and people's livelihood security.Research revealed that the village-based team successfully promoted the collective income of Baotian Village to increase by 343%through the innovative"four-dimensional linkage"assistance model.Based on this,this paper innovatively proposes a village-based assistance mechanism of"party-building leadership-resource activation-governance empowerment-people's livelihood coverage",aiming to provide a set of replicable and generalizable practical paradigms for similar areas.关键词
