离子色谱法测定雅安藏茶中多种有机酸和无机阴离子的研究
Study on the Determination of Various Organic Acids and Inorganic Anions in Ya'an Tibetan Tea by Ion Chromatography

Abstract
Ya'an Tibetan tea is a local characteristic dark tea,and it is a daily necessity of the minority living in the Tibet region.Organic acids are one of the main active ingredients in tea,and the contents of inorganic anions in tea directly affect people's health and safety.The study determined the contents of various organic acids and inorganic anions in different categories and grades of Ya'an Tibetan tea.The results show that Ya'an Tibetan tea samples had a higher content of the following organic acids:oxalic acid(11.27 mg/g),quinic acid(7.00 mg/g),and tartaric acid(3.40 mg/g).No pyruvic acid,fumaric acid,or salicylic acid was detected in any of the tea samples.The inorganic anions with the highest contents in the Ya'an Tibetan tea samples were PO43-、SO42-、Cl-、F-,with an average content of 6.29,1.30,0.91,and 0.24 mg/g,respectively.NO2-was detected in some Ya'an Tibetan tea samples,while Br-was not detected in any of the tea samples.The study provided objective experimental results for the study of the quality characteristics of Ya'an Tibetan tea,promoting the quality control of Ya'an Tibetan tea,and establishing a reference basis for formulating inorganic anion limit standards for Ya'an Tibetan tea.关键词
