消费驱动破"四难":供需协同视角下水生态产品价值实现的路径研究
Overcoming the"four challenges"through consumption-driven approaches:a study on pathways to value realization of water ecological products from a supply-demand synergy perspective

Abstract
Resolving the challenges in measuring,mortgaging,trading,and monetizing water ecological products is essential for enabling the turning of lucid waters and lush mountains into invaluable assets,as well as for fostering new drivers of economic growth and shaping a new development paradigm.Centered on the realization of water ecological product value,this paper systematically analyzes the"four challenges"and their suppressive effects on consumption,and constructs an analytical framework based on supply-demand synergy theory.It proposes supply-side reform approaches such as technological innovation to address measurement difficulties,financial innovation to remove mortgage barriers,and market mechanism optimization to improve the trading environment.On the demand side,it advocates activating consumption through value communication,experiential marketing,channel optimization,and payment guidance.Ultimately,it aims to establish an institutional guarantee system encompassing top-level design,legal safeguards,property rights arrangements,regulatory systems,and incentive mechanisms,thereby forming a consumption-driven mechanism integrating supply breakthroughs,demand stimulation,and institutional support.This mechanism is expected to achieve a dynamic balance in which supply creates demand and demand drives supply,providing both theoretical support and practical pathways for cultivating new drivers of green economic growth.关键词
