Abstract
In May 2022,the U S FDA issued the newly revised CVM GFI#3"General Principles for Evaluating the Human Food Safety of New Animal Drugs Used in Food-Producing Animals".This article provides a comprehensive overview of the document from aspects such as its introduction,legal basis,overview of the human food safety evaluation,microbial food safety,toxicology and residue chemistry.Additionally,it discusses some specific elements of the guidance,hoping to provide some references for the research,development and approval of the new veterinary drugs in China.关键词
