Determination of Nitrate Ion in Vitamin B1 by Ion Chromatography

Abstract
A method for content determination of nitrate ion in vitamin B1 was developed by ion chromatography with inhibitory electrical conductivity detector.Analysis was performed on a DIONEX IonPac AS19(250 mm×4 mm)anion exchange column and DIONEX IonPac AG19(50 mm×4 mm)guard column,using 14 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was set at 35℃.Results showed that a good separation was accepted between nitrate ion and other conventional anions.The standard curve was linear in the range of 1~100 μg/mL(r2=1.0000).The average recovery was 100.8%(n=6,RSD=0.7%).In conclusion,this method is accurate,sensitive and specific for the determination of nitrate ion in vitamin B1.关键词
