清瘟败毒散薄层鉴别方法研究
Research on the Quality Standard of Qingwenbaidu Powder
摘要
Abstract
In order to further improve the quality standard of Qingwenbaidu Powder and ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication,the thin layer identification of peony bark and gardenia in Qingwenbaidu Powder was added by thin layer chromatography.The optimization of the preparation method of the test sample and the optimization of the deployment system were carried out,and the specificity,repeatability,dispensing volume and durability were further verified.The results showed that the method could detect peony bark and gardenia with high sensitivity,good separation effect,clear spots,good reproducibility and specificity,and no negative control interference.It meets the requirements of the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia,and is suitable for the quality control of peony bark and gardenia in Qingwenbaidu Powder,which provides a reference and basis for the further optimization of the quality standards of Qingwenbaidu Powder.关键词
