摘要
Abstract
The fingerprint of andrographolide sulfonate injection was determined by HPLC,which provided the basis for its quality control.The chromatographic column was Supersil AQ-C18 5 μm(4.6 mm×250 mm).Acetonitrile was used as mobile phase A.The mobile phase B was potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(1.361 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1.0 g sodium heptane-1-sulfonate were added to 1000 mL water).Gradient elution;The detection wavelength was 225 nm.The method has good specificity,durability,stability,reproducibility and sensitivity.This method can be used to analyze the fingerprint of andrographolide sulfonate injection and can be used as a method for quality standard control.关键词
