Current Status and Countermeasures Analysis on Reducing the Use of Veterinary Antimicrobials for Dairy Production
摘要
Abstract
In the process of dairy production,the irrational use of veterinary antimicrobials will lead to the problem of veterinary drug residues and antimicrobial resistance of animal-derived bacteria,which poses a threat to food safety and public health safety.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems existed in reducing the use of veterinary antimicrobials in large-scale dairy farms in China.Also,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the in-depth development of reducing the use of veterinary antimicrobials,and promote the green,healthy and high-quality development of dairy industry.关键词
