云南温光敏雄性核不育两系法杂交小麦杂种优势群分析
Analysis of Heterosis Groups in Two-line System Hybrid Wheat Based on Thermo-photo Sensitive Genic Male Sterility in Yunnan

Abstract
To analyze the heterosis groups of thermo-photo sensitive genic male sterile(TPSGMS)two-line hybrid wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)in Yunnan,China,the 15K SNP wheat breeding chip was used to conduct molecular marker clustering on six TPSGMS lines,namely K43S,K47S,K63S,K64S,K66S and K78S,as well as 302 restorer lines from different sources.The results showed that six sterile lines and 302 restorer lines were classified into 10 groups.Among the 19 known combina-tions with strong heterosis,three sterile lines could produce strong heterosis combinations with all groups.However,it seemed that the probability of generating strong heterosis combinations was higher with the restorer lines containing introgressive germplasm from relative species of common wheat(6/19)or geographically distant breeding materials(10/19).These two groups would be the focus for constructing heterotic groups of wheat in the future.The number of combinations that can produce excessive heterosis through hybridization between sterile lines and restorer lines clustered in the same group(6/19)is much less than that among different groups(13/19).SNP chips could be ef-fectively used for the division of heterosis groups in wheat.Genetic similarity based on SNP markers could guide the matching of strong heterosis combinations and the construction of heterotic groups in wheat.Genetic differences between sterile lines and restorer lines did not necessarily lead to heterosis.but for hybrid combinations that could produce strong heterosis,there must be sufficient genetic differences between the sterile lines and restorer lines.关键词
