Abstract

To explore the responses of different Pisum sativum seed germinations to different types of salt stress,taking three Pisum sativum varieties as the research objects,and using four salt solu-tions,namely NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3 and compound salt alkali,were subjected to stress treatment.The germination traits of three Pisum sativum varieties under salt stress were analyzed and deter-mined.The salt tolerance strength of the tested Pisum sativum seeds under different salt stress was e-valuated through comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of membership functions.The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the germination rate,germination poten-tial,bud length and root length of the three kinds of Pisum sativum seeds showed a downward trend to varying degrees.The relative salt damage rates of the three varieties showed an increasing trend,and the salt damage rates of root growth and bud growth showed obvious trends.Through the calcula-tion of the semi-lethal concentration of salt tolerance,Caoyuan No.7 had the weakest tolerance to NaCl.Caoyuan No.23 and Qingjian No.1 had the poorest tolerance to NaHCO3,while the three varie-ties had the strongest tolerance to complex saline-alkali.The comprehensive evaluation showed that Qingjian No.1 had the most stable response to four types of salt stress and was suitable for cultivation in saline-alkali land.
