基于主成分和聚类分析的赤水市金钗石斛矿质元素研究
Research on the Mineral Elements of Dendrobium nobile in Chishui City Based on Principal Component and Cluster Analysis

Abstract
Taking 41 samples of Dendrobium nobile collected in Chishui City,Guizhou Province as ma-terials,the contents of 11 mineral elements were determined by ICP method,and comprehensive evaluations such as correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were con-ducted.The results showed that the total ash content and moisture content of 41 samples of Den-drobium nobile all met the standards of the 2020 Edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.The coefficient of variation of the contents of 11 mineral elements ranged from 19.83%to 49.63%.Correlation analysis showed that Fe was extremely significantly positively correlated with B,Cu with Mn and B,Zn with Mn and Mg,Mn with P and Mg,K with Ca,P and Mg,Ca with P and Mg,and P with Mg,while B was extremely significantly negatively correlated with P.Principal com-ponent analysis extracted four principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 71.75%.Mn,P,Mg,B,K,and Na were screened out as the main feature vectors.Systematic cluster analysis classified 41 Dendrobium nobile germplasm resources into three major groups when the distance was 5.Studies had shown that the resources of L1(Guihua Village,Guandu Town)and N1(Guihua Vil-lage,Guandu Town)exhibitted a relatively high enrichment of mineral nutrient elements and could be used as resources to characterize the excellent characteristics of mineral elements.关键词
