292份甘蓝型油菜品系自交不亲和位点基因型鉴定
Genotype Identification of Self-incompatibility Lociin 292 Brassica napus Lines

Abstract
Utilizing heterosis is an important way to increase the yield of Brassica napus,and self-in-compatibility,as one of the ways to utilize heterosis,had significant application value.Based on the 30 pairs of sub-markers closely linked to the self-incompatibility and genes Bnsc1 and Bnsc2 of Bras-sica napus,of which 4 pairs of co-dominant SSR markers(BS-SSR35 and BS-SSR124,B585 and z175)were selected to identify the genotypes of self-incompatibility loci in 292 natural populations of Bras-sica napus,and the genotype distribution of self-incompatibility loci in the natural population was ob-tained.Among them,the materials with genotypes BnSC1Bnsc1BnSC2Bnsc2 accounted for the high-est proportion,at 16.4%,while those with genotypes BnSC1BnSC1BnSC2BnSC2 accounted for the lowest proportion,at 2.7%.关键词
