摘要

Abstract

The genetic improvement of crops depends to a large extent on abundant germplasm re-sources and their effective utilization.The evaluation,identification and screening of genetic resources are the basis of Medicago sativa L.breeding.Taking 94 Medicago sativa L.materials collected from home and abroad as the research objects,nine agronomic traits such as growth period,plant height,leaf length,leaf width,stem-leaf ratio,fresh weight and dry weight were observed and statistically analyzed for two consecutive years,and diversity analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,membership function analysis and comprehensive evaluation were carried out.The results showed that,except for plant height and fresh-dry ratio,the coefficients of variation of the other traits all ex-ceeded 10%.Plant height was extremely significantly positively correlated with fresh weight and dry weight.Comprehensive evaluation of membership functions and cluster analysis classified 94 germ-plasm materials into four major categories.Zhonglin No.1,Thunder,Yuneng,Sewo7 and Feiyue had outstanding overall performance and could be regarded as excellent choices for the breeding and im-provement of new Medicago sativa L.varietiesexcellent parent materials.
