云南假韶子种子萌发过程中的生理变化研究
Study on Physiological Changes of Paranephelium hystrix Seeds During Germination

Abstract
To explore the morphological and physiological change patterns during the germination process of Paranephelium hystrix seeds,mature and fresh Paranephelium hystrix seeds were used as materials.The contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and starch at different germination stages were determined by conventional physiological and biochemical methods,and the contents of endoge-nous hormones(GA3,IAA,ABA,ZR)were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that,based on the characteristics of seed morphological changes,the germination process could be divided into six periods:the non-germination period(0 days),the emergence period(1-15 days),the extension period of the radicle(16-22 days),the growth period of the ectoderm(23-29 days),root growth(30-36 days),and the true leaf formation period(37-45 days).During the seed germination process,the content of soluble protein showed a changing trend of'decrease-in-crease-decrease'.The content of soluble sugar showed a changing trend of'rise-fall-rise-fall'.The starch content showed a changing trend of'decrease-increase-decrease-increase'.The overall change of GA3 content showed an upward trend.The contents of ABA and ZR showed an overall downward trend,while the content of IAA showed a changing trend of'decrease-increase-decrease-increase'.The number of days for seed germination was extremely significantly positively correlated with the content of solu-ble protein and GA3,and significantly negatively correlated with the content of ZR.It was indicated that a high content of soluble protein and GA3,and a low content of ZR were beneficial to the seed germination of Paranephelium hystrix.关键词
