黄瓜内果皮中活性物质对种子萌发的影响
The Impact of Active Compounds in Cucumis sativus L.Endocarp on Seed Germination

Abstract
To study the specific effects of active substances in the endocarp juice and mucilage of Cucumis sati-vus L.on the germination of Cucumis sativus L.seeds and reveal the occurrence mechanism of Cucumis sati-vus L.seed germination,the known active substances in the endocarp juice and mucilage of Yitaimeng(C-L)Cucumis sativus L.were identified by Q-TOF-LC-MS technology.Five active substances,namely palmitic acid,myristic acid,citric acid,proline and valine,were found to affect its seed germination and the effect of gradient concentration(0.10-1.00 mmol/L)on the germination and metabolic process of hard-to-germinate(M-H)Cucumis sativus L.seeds.The results showed that myricolic acid,proline and citric acid promoted seed germination at specific concentrations.At low concentrations(0.10-0.25 mmol/L),myricolic acid enhanced soluble sugar metabolism and inhibited protein decomposition,while at high concentrations(1.00 mmol/L),it could enhance the activity of α-amylase.Proline could enhance the activity of α-amylase and inhibit the decomposition of soluble proteins,but its effect on soluble sugars showed differences in time and concentration.Moreover,when the concentration was 1.00 mmol/L,it significantly enhanced the activity ofα-amylase.When the citric acid concentration was 1.00 mmol/L,it could significantly enhance the activity ofα-amylase.Palmitic acid promoted germination at a concentration of 0.10 mmol/L,inhibitting germination at 0.25 mmol/L,and regulated metabolism by enhancing enzyme activity and inhibiting protein decomposition at 0.50 mmol/L.Valine promoted germination at a low concentration(0.10 mmol/L),while it inhibitted germi-nation at 0.50 mmol/L.Valine could inhibit protein decomposition,but its effects on soluble sugar and α-am-ylase varied with changes in concentration and over time.The influence of these active substances on the ger-mination and metabolic processes of Cucumis sativus L.seeds was multi-faceted,with concentration depend-ence and differences.They affected the germination process by influencing the enzyme activity within the seeds,degrading and transforming soluble sugars and soluble proteins.关键词
