黄淮麦区部分强筋小麦品质相关基因的KASP检测
KASP Detection of Quality Related Genes in Some Strong Gluten Wheat in the Huang-Huai Wheat Region

Abstract
In order to explore the composition of quality-related functional genes of some existing strong-gluten wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)varieties in the Huang-Huai Wheat Region,molecular detection was conducted on 13 functional genes related to quality traits,including high molecular weight glutenin gene,grain hardness gene,1BL/1RS translocation,yellow pigment content gene,polyphenol oxidase gene,peroxidase gene and adipoxygenase gene,of 26 representative strong-gluten wheat varieties in the Huang-Huai Wheat Region by using KASP labeling technology.The results showed that in the detection of high-molecular-weight glutenin Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1,the dis-tribution frequencies of superior allelic variations of the three genes were 88.5%,92.3%and 57.7%,respectively.Fourteen varieties including Zhengmai369 were all high-quality subunits at three loci,accounting for 53.8%.For the translocations of the grain hardness genes Pinb-D1 and 1BL/1RS,21 varieties including Zhongmai578 did not carry this translocation gene and were of the Pinb-D1b hard type,with a distribution frequency of 80.8%.For the four yellow pigment content loci Psy-B1,Psy-D1,Zds-A1 and Pds-B1,Xinmai26 and Zhoumai36 simultaneously carried four genes with low yellow pigment content(Psy-B1/Psy-D1/Zds-A1/Pds-B1),accounting for 7.7%of the total.For 11 varieties including polyphenol oxidase genes(Ppo-A1 and Ppo-D1)and peroxidase genes Pod-A1,Shiluan02-1 simultaneously polymerized 2 low polyphenol oxidase genes and 1 high peroxidase gene(Ppo-A1b/Ppo-D1a/Pod-A1b),accounting for 42.3%.The excellent allele Lox-B1a with high fat oxidase activity was not detected in all the tested materials.关键词
