摘要

Abstract

To reveal the molecular mechanism of maize(Zea mays L.)storage deterioration and safe storage,the maize hybrid Zhengdan958 was subjected to artificial control of deterioration treatment.The infection of storage diseases and the changes in the activity of enzymes related to the innate im-munity of the seed embryo during seed deterioration were studied.The gene differences in the plant-pathogen interaction pathway were analyzed through high-throughput sequencing.The results indica-ted that during the process of germplasm deterioration,the amount of bacteria carried by the epider-mis continuously increased,ROS showed explosive growth,the activities of related enzymes and ATP content continuously decreased,and the activities of disease-related proteins increased.The digital ex-pression profile of the germplasm after three days of degradation treatment revealed that there were a total of 129 differentially expressed genes in the plant-pathogen interaction pathway(73 up-regulated and 56 down-regulated).In the early stage of the artificial control of the deterioration process,with the increase of the bacterial load,the innate immune system of the plant in the embryo plays an active role in resisting the invasion of pathogenic bacteria.However,the external environment of high tem-perature and high humidity led to the continuous aggravation of the deterioration of maize seeds,and all the physical and chemical indicators of the plant innate immune system showed a significant down-ward trend,resulting in irreversible oxidative damage.
