摘要

Abstract

Based on the recombinant self-bred pedigres and high-density genetic linkage maps derived from the V20B/CPSLO17 genetic background,QTL scans and genetic effect analyses of rice(Oryza sativa L.)grain size traits were conducted in three environments(Guiyang in 2021,Guiyang in 2022,and Sanya in 2022)using IciMapping 4.0 software.The results showed that a total of 6 QTLs of grain circumference were detected in the three environments.Their LOD values ranged from 2.738 to 5.320,and the variation range of phenotypic contribution rate was 6.578%to 13.364%.2 QTLs(qGC3S-1 and qGC3-2)were genetically stable major QTLs for grain circumference.Their phenotypic contribution rates were both greater than 10%,and qGC3-1 was repeatedly tested four times,while qGC3-2 was repeatedly tested twice.The enhancer alleles of the four QTLs originated from the parental CPSLO17.The enhancer alleles of the 2 QTLs originated from the parental V20B.The grain circumference trait showed quantitative trait genetic characteristics regulated by multiple genes.The localization interval of QTL qGC3-2 had only one gene locus,while qGC4-1 contained two gene loci.The gene Os03g0406900,which was highly expressed in embryos and endosperm,was a candidate gene for QTL qGC3-2 in brown rice grains,and the gene Os04g0367400,which was highly expressed in glumes and glume,was a candidate gene for QTL qGC4-1 in grains.
