艾草转录组SSR、SNP和InDel特征分析
Analysis of SSR,SNP and InDel Characteristics in Transcriptome of Artemisia argyi

Abstract
To understand the distribution characteristics of molecular markers in the transcriptome of Artemis-ia argyi and develop Artemisia argyi-specific molecular markers,based on the transcriptome data of Artemi-sia argyi leaves and roots,MicroSAtellite and STAR software were used to explore and analyze the charac-teristics of SSR,SNP and InDel molecular marker sites.The results showed that 21 980 SSR loci of various types were discovered from 249 554 Unigenes,with an occurrence frequency of 8.04%.Among the SSR repeat unit types,the single-base repeat unit type was the most abundant,while the five-base repeat unit type was the least.The dominant repeat units were A/T,AC/GT,and GA/TC,Among which A/T was the most important primitive type,with an occurrence frequency of 3.547%.The number of repetitions of various SSR primitives ranged from 4 to 75 times,with single-base repetitions being the most widespread.The sequence length of SSR was between 12 and 99 bp.Among the 12 transcriptome samples,there were 228 066 to 275 556 SNP loci,with an average of 247 114 SNP loci per sample.The ratio of conversion to transmuta-tion types was approximately 1.78.The number of InDel loci ranged from 30 729 to 41 330,with an average of 33 967 InDel loci per sample.The transcriptome molecular marker sites of Artemisia argyi were rich,pro-viding data support for the development of Artemisia argyi molecular markers,variety identification,genetic diversity analysis,and screening of drought-resistant functional genes.关键词
