95份辣椒种质资源重要农艺性状的遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Important Agronomic Traits of 95 Capsicum annuum L.Germplasm Resources

Abstract
In order to evaluate the genetic diversity of Capsicum annuum L.germplasm resources,excellent Capsicum annuum L.germplasm resources were applied.Through genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis,27 related characteristics of 95 Capsicum annuum L.germ-plasm resources were identified and valued.The fruiting results indicated that the number of agronomic variant lines ranged from 6.83%to 73.18%,the genetic diversity index ranged from 0.06 to 2.07,and the evenness index ranged from 0.08 to 0.99.The relationships among various phenotypic traits were complex.Among them,leaf width,fruit width,flesh thickness,and single fruit mass were extremely significantly positively correlated with each other,while fruit posture and the position of the initial flowering node were extremely significantly nega-tively correlated.Cluster analysis divided 95 Capsicum annuum L.germplasm resources into five major groups.The Group Ⅰ had shorter plants and the largest single fruit mass.The Group Ⅱ had a higher initial flowering node position and the smallest single fruit mass.The flesh of the Group Ⅲ was relatively thin,and the degree of sur-face wrinkling of the fruit was extremely strong.The fruit type of Group Ⅳ was relatively large.The Group Ⅴhad the largest number of resources,and its fruits were long and angular.Principal component analysis trans-formed 27 phenotypic traits into 8 principal component factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 73.09%.A comprehensive evaluation was further conducted on 95 Capsicum annuum L.germplasm resources.The top five germplasm resources in the comprehensive evaluation were numbered D7,D20,D30,D14,and D13 respectively.All five Capsicum annuum L.germplasm resources were characterized by tall plant type,relatively thick stem thickness,large leaves,large single fruit weight,and thick flesh.关键词
