Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence and influencing factors of hydrocephalus in patients with hyper-tensive intracerebral hemorrhage after undergoing minimally invasive hematoma removal via neuroendoscopy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 87 hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients who had undergone neuroendoscopic minimally invasive hematoma evacuation in Lianyungang Second People's Hospital from March 2021 to April 2024.Postoper-ative hydrocephalus occurrence was recorded,and patients were divided into hydrocephalus and non-hydrocephalus groups.Clinical data[including age,gender,body mass index,hematoma volume,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score at admission,in-traventricular hemorrhage,intracranial infection,time from admission to operation,and operation time]were compared be-tween the groups.Multivariate analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting postoperative hydrocephalus.Results Among 87 patients,18 cases(20.69%)developed postoperative hydrocephalus.The hydrocephalus group had lower GCS scores and higher rates of intraventricular hemorrhage,intracranial infection,and decompressive craniectomy compared to the non-oc-currence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis identified GCS score(OR=0.615,95%CI:0.400-0.948),intraventricular hemorrhage(OR=5.903,95%CI:1.206-21.497),intracranial infection(OR=5.150,95%CI:1.240-21.400),and decompressive craniectomy(OR=4.466,95%CI:1.052-18.961)as independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrocephalus is common following neuroendoscopic hematoma removal.Lower GCS scores,intraventricular hemorrhage,intracranial infection,and de-compressive craniectomy are independent risk factors.关键词
