不同长度股骨近端防旋髓内钉对老年合并膝骨关节炎股骨转子间骨折疗效的影响
The Effect of Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-Rotation of Different Lengths on the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly with Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of different-length proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)on inter-trochanteric fractures in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with KOA intertrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were retrospectively collected.Patients were divided into a short nail group(170 mm,53 cases)and a long nail group(>300 mm,51 cases).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,blood transfusion rate,mortality rate,fracture healing time,postoperative bed rest time,Harris score,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and postoperative bed rest time in the short nail group were shorter than those in the long nail group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion rate was lower than that in the long nail group(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the Harris score of the short nail group was higher than that of the long nail group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in fracture healing time,mortality rate,Harris score at 6 months and 12 months after surgery,and total postoperative complication rate be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both long and short PFNA nails have good effects on elderly KOA patients with intertrochanteric fractures,but the short nail is associated with less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,and shorter postoperative bed rest time.关键词
