舒正颗粒联合电针治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效观察
Effect of Shuzheng Granules on Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shuzheng Granules combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency phlegm stagnation type coronary heart disease.Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was conducted on medical records of 85 stable angina patients with Qi deficiency,phlegm stagnation type treated at the hospital from May 2023 to January 2024.Based on treatment methods,patients were assigned to an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=42).The control group received electroacupuncture treatment,while the observation group re-ceived Shuzheng Granules combined with electroacupuncture.The following parameters were compared between the two groups before and after treatment:curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,TCM syndrome score,electrocar-diogram results,hemorheology(plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit),inflammatory makers[transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1),intercellular adhesion molecule(ICAM-1),tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)],24-hour electrocardiogram(total myocardial ischemic load,total duration of ST-segment depression,and frequency of ST-segment depression),and adverse reactions Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(76.19%),and the electrocardiogram improvement rate in the observation group(90.70%)was higher than that of the control group(73.81%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,TGF-β1,ICAM-1,total myocardial ischemia load,total duration of ST-segment depression,and ST-segment depression frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and TIMP-1 was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuzheng Granules combined with electroacupuncture demonstrates significant efficacy in treating stable angina pectoris caused by Qi deficiency phlegm stagnation type coronary heart disease.It can improve blood rheology indicators and 24-hour electrocardiogram indicators,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and exhibits a safe and reliable profile.关键词
