Top Notch Innovative Technology and Skill Talent Cultivation:Based on the Perspective of Full Lifecycle Development

Abstract
The full lifecycle development of top notch innovative technology and skilled talents includes four stages:germination and incubation period,school cultivation period,career development period,and transformation and inheritance period.At each stage of development,relevant organizations such as the government,enterprises,and schools need to guide and promote them to smoothly enter the next stage of development through identification and selection,training and encouragement,evaluation and utilization measures.Starting from the key factors that affect the full lifecycle development of top-notch innovative technology and skilled talents,they face the following bottlenecks at different stages of development:in the embryonic stage,top notch innovative technology and skilled talents face the dual contradiction of potential recognition and interest maintenance;during the school cultivation period,there is a systemic rupture in ability building and innovation incubation;during the career development period,facing the path lock of technological advancement and career transition.In order to solve the above difficulties,from the perspective of full lifecycle development,the training path for top notch innovative technology and skilled talents should be optimized from the following aspects:in the embryonic stage,vocational and general education integration should be used as a starting point to help students achieve diversified talents;during the school cultivation period,the core should be to facilitate the smooth development of the vocational education system in schools;during the career development period,the assistance to breaking the bottleneck of career development should be to increase skills and salaries.关键词
