农村职业教育赋能乡村振兴:基本内涵、现实困境与对策建议
Empowering Rural Revitalization Through Rural Vocational Education:Basic Connotations,Realistic Dilemmas,and Countermeasures

Abstract
Rural vocational education contributes to rural revitalization by promoting the"revitalization"of rural industry,talent,culture,ecology,and organization.Currently,rural vocational education faces dilemmas in empowering rural revitalization:educational supply is disjointed from rural industrial development,there is a shortage of talent to support rural revitalization,it fails to meet the needs of rural cultural construction,the promotion of rural ecological revitalization is hindered,and the overall quality of services for rural organizational revitalization remains low.To address these problems,the following suggestions are proposed:base on regional characteristic industries to improve the service framework of rural vocational education;enhance the schooling standards of rural vocational education and focus on talent cultivation quality;strengthen the inheritance and protection of excellent traditional Chinese culture to enrich rural cultural connotations;build a sound ecological environment platform to advance ecological civilization construction;and reinforce the mainstay construction of rural organizations to improve rural governance capabilities.关键词
