Reforming Teaching in Vocational Schools
摘要
Abstract
The impact of labor division on education is that different types of education assume different educational functions——cultivating different types of people.Vocational schools at all levels and of all types are entrusted by the country and society with the responsibility of cultivating high-quality workers and skilled talents to meet the needs of economic and social development.However,in reality,inconsistent with the world's largest vocational education system and the greatest number of vocational schools,there is an increasingly serious difficulty in recruiting general workers,technicians,and skilled talents.This indicates that the talent development rate of vocational school graduates(the proportion of those who become technical workers and skilled talents needed for economic and social development)is relatively low.Microscopically,this phenomenon arises because classroom teaching in vocational schools has not effectively helped students consolidate their career orientation,master vocational knowledge,and acquire proficient skills.Therefore,it is necessary to reform teaching in vocational schools in terms of concepts,curricula,teaching staff,practical training,and teaching methods,so as to lay a solid foundation for students'sustainable development after graduation.关键词
