摘要

Abstract

The integration of education and training in higher vocational colleges is an essential requirement for strengthening the social service function of higher vocational colleges,an objective need to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and a responsibility to promote the development of lifelong education.Currently,influenced by various factors,there are the following problems with the integration of teaching and training in higher vocational colleges:a lack of unified governance structure and poor system operation;isolation of resource elements and insufficient sharing and collaboration;the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not deep enough,and there is insufficient focus on industry demand.In order to deepen the integration of education and training and strengthen their social service capabilities,higher vocational colleges must reform their internal governance structure and form a governance system for the integration of education and training;promote resource sharing and build a new ecosystem of education and training integration between schools and enterprises;deepen the integration of industry and education,and jointly promote the integration of education and training between schools and enterprises.
