Abstract
Objective To screen the common differentially expressed genes of peri-implant mucositis and diabetic kidney disease(DKD),and analyze effects of those genes on peri-implant mucositis.Methods The peri-implantitis datasets GSE33774 and GSE57631 and the diabetic nephropathy dataset GSE30528 were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database,and common differentially expressed genes for peri-implant mucositis and DKD were analyzed and screened.The mRNA expression levels of the co-differentially expressed genes were verified through the GSE223924 and GSE217709 datasets.Results Differential expression analysis was conducted on the datasets,and 11 co-differentially expressed genes werescreened out.Among them,the differentially expressed genes that were simultaneously upregulated were RACK1 and TRAF3IP3,and the differentially expressed genes that were simultaneously downregulated were GADD45B,LRRC17 and TASP1.The verification results of mRNA expression levels showed that LRRC17 significantly decreased in both peri-implant mucositis and DKD.Conclusion LRRC17 has a direct relationship with osteoclasts and may be an important gene in the treatment of peri-implant mucositis.关键词
