响应面法优化连翘总黄酮提取工艺
Optimization of extraction process of total flavonoids from Forsythia suspensa by response surface methodology

Abstract
In order to explore the optimal ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from Forsythia suspensa,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Forsythia suspensa was evaluated by single factor test combined with response surface test design.A mathematical model was established to screen out the optimal process parameters of ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic power was 90%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20(g∶mL),extraction time was 50 min,extraction temperature was 60℃,ethanol concentration was 60%.The verification experiment showed that the extraction rate was(8.95±0.06)%,the absolute deviation from the predicted value(9.05%)was 1.10%(<5%),and the relative standard deviation was 0.22%(<3%),which confirmed that the model was reliable and the process was stable.The optimization method established in this study provides a technical reference for the efficient extraction of total flavonoids from Forsythia suspensa.关键词
