奶牛乳房炎金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及耐药性、致病性研究
Isolation,identification,drug resistance and pathogenicity of Staphylococcus aureus from dairy cow mastitis

Abstract
The objective was to understand the prevalence of S.aureus and its biological characteristics in a dairy farm in Changji,Xinjiang.Mastitis in dairy cows were determined by clinical symptoms and California mastitis test(CMT)method,and milk samples were collected to study the biological characteristics of the causative organisms by bacterial isolation and culture,biochemical characterization,16S rDNA PCR characterization,serotype characterization,drug susceptibility test and pathogenicity test.The results showed that two strains of Staphylococcu saureus pod 5(C1 and C6)were isolated from 24 dairy cow mastitis samples,with an isolation rate of 8.3%,and both C1 and C6 strains were resistant to cefoxitin,gentamicin,and streptomycin.C1 strain was only sensitive to ampicillin and penicillin,and carried the tetM resistance gene as well as hla,seb,and coa virulence genes.While the C6 strain was sensitive to ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,tetracycline and hygromycin antibiotics,and carried the blaZ resistance gene as well as seven virulence genes,namely fnbpA,clfA,fib,fnbpB,sak,sea and nuc.The pathogenicity test in mice showed that the C6 strain was significantly more pathogenic than the C1 strain,and the histopathological observation showed that the isolates caused different degrees of pathological damage to many organs in mice.This dairy farm has a serious risk of multi-drug resistance and high pathogenicity of Staphylococcu saureus,which requires the development of targeted preventive and control measures.关键词
