Simultaneous determination of buparvaquone and imidocarb dipropionate in compound Buparvaquone injection by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
The objective was to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of buparvaquone and imidocarb dipropionate in compound Buparvaquone injection.The analysis was performed on Thermo ODS-2HYPERSIL(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid solution.The flow rate was 1 mL/min,the injection volume was 10 μL,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.The results showed that both buparvaquone and imidocarb dipropionate showed a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 40-400 μg/mL(R=0.999 6).The average recovery rates(n=6)were 101.26%and 99.90%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.55%and 0.32%,respectively.This method is simple,accurate,reliable and stable.It has good repeatability,and can be used to simultaneously determine the content of buparvaquone and imidocarb dipropionate in compound Buparvaquone injection.关键词
