凤眼草口服液质量标准研究
The quality standard of Fructus Ailanthi oral liquid
摘要
Abstract
To establish a quality control standard for Fructus Ailanthi oral liquid.Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to qualitatively identify Fructus Ailanthi medicinal materials,quercetin and kaempferol content were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Additionally,characteristics,density,pH,loading capacity and microbial limit for Fructus Ailanthi oral liquid were checked.The results showed that quercetin and kaempferol had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 10-160 μg/mL and 5-80 μg/mL,respectively.The RSD of precision test,stability test and repeatability test was not more than 2.0%.The average recovery rates of quercetin and kaempferol were 95.47%and 95.16%,respectively,with RSD of 1.60%and 1.51%,respectively.The presented result suggested that TLC and HPLC methods had strong specificity,good repeatability,accuracy and reliability,and could be used for quality control for Fructus Ailanthi oral liquid.关键词
